| Description - |
This is a lower-cost lens by Meyer of Tessar construction, offering very fine performance; compared the Primotar-E it is slightly faster but has pre-set aperture. An interesting extra feature is that it is a kind of manual "GN" lens: on its underside, the aperture ring and the stationary part of the barrel have extra sets of markings, by setting the distance against the guide number of the flashgun the proper aperture is set to ensure correct flash exposure. |
